I'm Heeeeere!

Yes, yes people, I have officially arrived in MD, home state to the oober cool Kristen Leigh. I have been here less than 7 hours and have already had a boat-load of fun with her. We went to lunch, saw the movie UP (so totally cute, if you haven't already seen it, you must...love love loved it!) and have of course talked tons of photog talk . . . I'm in heaven!!!

I am currently sitting about 4 ft. away from her while writing to you, and she is working on some editing. Whoaaaa. I feel like I met a rock star today. O, wait...I did. A Photography Rock Star!!!

If I had to go home after today, I would be totally ecstatic. I have already learned new things, and gotten new ideas. And to think, I have a whole 'nother 5 days to look forward to! The more I hear about what she has planned for this week, the more and more excited I get about the fact that I am here. As if I weren't already excited enough . . . ;)

So, since I haven't used near enough exclamation points in this blog post as of yet, I have something else exciting to share with you. Kristen is going to do an engagement shoot tonight, and I get to go along!!! Woot Woot!

Ok, I think I have thrilled you enough with my exciting adventures, but come back later for more updates, because there definitely will be more.

I leave you with a few pictures of yours truly :) I was messing around with my web cam the other day, and these were the results. As one friend said when she saw it, "Wow, I had no idea you could make so many faces!"

P.S. Kristen just informed me that I cannot marry a "choir boy" or she will make fun of him. When pressed for more details as to what a "choir boy" is (so I can make sure and never marry one) she demonstrated for me what he would act like. It was amusing to say the least, but I have now given my word to never marry a "choir boy."
